Not much content yet but I'm totally hooked to The Morning Show. The acting and direction is top notch. The drama is so good too. I'm just a couple episodes in and it's already an Emmy contender. This is also Jennifer Anistons career role, she is a beast in this show, holy cow.

If these are the type of shows they are going to be putting out then this service will be a keeper.

I got a free year with my new phone and can't watch the stuff anywhere I'd want to. No console app, they say there's a Roku app but I can't find it on my stick, they say there's a Samsung Smart TV app but my TV must not be smart enough. If the mediocre to negative reviews on launch day didn't push me away, they're doing their absolute best to do it themselves.

Can you airplay it to your Samsung?

Started another show called For All Mankind. In an alternate universe this show explores what happens when Russia made it to the moon first. It’s starting out ok.

Not necessarily, my Samsung Q6 has the app, or I can airplay it. But I thought I should be able to chrome cast it but I was wrong so I have to figure out how I can play it on my LG Oled without having to buy the Apple TV device.

If I can’t that’s a big negative as I can’t take advantage of the Dolby atmos and vision they offer.

I did read that select Roku and Amazon fire stick will have it and lg, sony, Visio will get it in the future.

Apple will need to open that up if they want to compete.

From what I can see the models that have the app and can airplay are this years and the year before, I think I got mine in 2017, go figure. Hopefully they get the app out everywhere soon enough, not being on either console and restricting it to certain Roku devices is crazy to me.

Watching Jason Mamoa's See.

It's set in a post apocalyptic world where everyone is blind. Just catching the first episode and it's pretty solid. Mamoa is basically playing a blind Khal Drogo.

He's gotta be the most bad *** actor on the planet, a really nice battle scene towards the beginning. Real interesting how battle tactics are done when you are blind. It's unique enough for me to keep going but the acting by the other cast is not great.

I just bought an Apple TV streaming device. Anybody else having issues with the "Screen Mirroring" feature?

EDIT: Hold that thought-I didn't think to update Apple TV.
EDIT 2: I just realized what I did wrong-the update probably had nothing to do with it.

Apple TV+ just spent $70 million to buy the distribution rights to Tom Hank's WWII drama Greyhound. Hanks stars and wrote the screenplay based on C. S. Forester's novel The Good Shepherd. Surprisingly this movie's budget is listed at $50 million meaning Hanks probably got a back-end deal.

Man I love this show, I think one of the best I’ve seen in the last year.

If you love sports and underdog stories which is probably everyone here then I highly recommend it.

Sudekas was great, I just loved the energy of this show and Ted Lasso. Very inspiring character in how to turn around a ****ty situation with a smile and kindness while still going through pain himself.
