This isn't a pertinent one, but I'm scratching my head over apparently not knowing the actual song's lyrics here.
It's an alternative rock song, probably late 90s/early 2000s, and I could have sworn the chorus had these bits:
"There she goes to live her life,
[something something rhymes with 'life']
There she goes to live her dream,
[something something rhymes with 'dream']"
Apparently a Google search didn't give me that song. Best it could try and give was that Sixpence None the Richer song, which is not what I'm referring to. This band is all guys, as far as I'm concerned.
If there is one final bit I could throw in, even though the melody isn't exactly the same, it seems like it would fit well with the chorus of Closing Time by Semisonic in a mashup.
Thanks, heh.
