They have fantastic tracking skills. I thought they were left behind when Bridges was initially subdued and whisked away.

yeah, the way Bridges was looking at them, he was thinking that was the last time he'd ever see them

the old man gonna need his own thread.
I hope this goes at least 3 years and it gets an ending that it already rightfully deserves

also, from now on I'm calling The Old Man ''My Two Dads''

also, also: I would not be surprised to learn Harper knows exactly who Chase's daughter is and where she works

            Concerning The Old Man:

            (1) Two thirds of the episodes were shot when CV19 halted production in mid-March of 2020.
            (2) Production resumed in the fall of 2020 to take care of the remaining three episodes but quickly ended when Bridges was diagnosed with lymphoma in October 2020.
            (3) Some scenes were shot around Jeff later but full production didn't resume until February 2022. In September 2021, Bridges announced his cancer was in remission.

The hitman is played by the actor that portrayed the ruthless Chris Parlow on The Wire. Things don't add up with him:

I want to see more of it too, but given the struggles to get season one off the ground and Bridges' health I wonder.

I’m a “The Old Man” fan but the backstory with “Young Bridges” doesn’t do much for me.

Same, I find myself tuning out when those parts are on. Need more Old Man Bridges.

I thought "The Old Man" fizzled down the stretch. I was somewhat disappointed with the last two episodes.

I agree, the backstory took up way too much airtime for my liking. The ending was just weird to me, just ended so abruptly.

Twist at the end was anyone surprised? I thought the show was OK just a bit disappointed. Ho hum.

I finished it today and had to check if an episode was missed. It was like they just shot what they could and released a half finished season. It started out good but it just stopped without really finishing any of the story.

TBS canceled the Last OG and Chad hours before it aired season 2. TNT is canceling Snowpiercer although we probably get the season that is currently filming.

Looks like the Discovery and Warner merger is killing all 3 stations and look for then to become even more irrelevant than they are now. TBS is moving to unscripted reality shows, not sure on TNT.

Remember the first four episodes were shot well over two years before the last three episodes due to a combination of a CV19 shutdown and Bridge's cancer diagnosis. It definitely affected the end product.
