I still don't think he'd be the only one who knows the rules. There'd have to be other producers for sure.
Tyson didn't seem happy about production there. He basically said if Probst ran that show, he'd care more and people probably would've been fired daily.
I haven't listened to any podcast, but people said Tyson came off as a bit bitter all season during the recaps, not knowing why, but know they know why.
Angela if she was told she'd be DQed would've just tried doing the challenge, and would have timed out like most others secretly did. But I also wonder how long she did "try", because she did give it a go, they showed it. For all we know she did it for 1 minute, 10 minutes, who knows. But still didn't seem fair. Sounds like she had 33% of a pile to do with no breaks if that was the case, while each person averaged out to 50% WITH breaks. So technically each person could've done half of their half, breaked, and done the other half.
A quarter would've been more fair for her pile.
But of course, all this was mainly because Enzo quit and forced Desi out too. Another stupid rule. Yes, girls all season wanted people like Enzo, David, Leo out because of this very reason, but it still seems a bit silly, especially when Desi could've just been grouped together with someone from the next checkpoint (and be considered timed out on the first checkpoint since her partner wouldn't finish)

I've only watched the last handful of Challenge seasons, but it seems like TJ calls the shots and that's why he refers to it as "my" final, so it's possible no one could give Angela the heads up that she HAD to play if he wasn't there. I do agree if she had been tipped off it would've been more fair, but in that instance, not sure if you have the option or not, probly would've been better to play. From what I've seen, TJ hates when people don't try
I really wish they would've had Kaycee and Fessy on, but since they're Challenge vets, I get it, but man, Kaycee is pretty much my favorite reality competitor ever, and Fessy was wrecking even his own friends in a hall brawl. I'm rambling again, excited to see what happens with Danny and Sarah in this Challenge tournament thing
