wait, so did Monte lie? I don't subscribe to the feeds and pretty much only watch the show on CBS, but I thought Paloma was legit upset about Taylor claiming she was going after the men, after the usual women's alliance formed (and failed), and Paloma was singled out and went from houseguest to houseguest to explain, and she was in her highest gear possible telling everyone what Taylor supposedly said

Taylor didn't actually say it? I thought this whole time she did

Taylor told Monte that Paloma wanted to target the men. That was true and Monte then told Paloma about it. That then started the whole thing and Paloma lied about everything being on Taylor when it was actually Paloma.

Monte lied but not sure if he 100% believed Paloma or just went along with it because he saw her as the better option to Taylor.

thank you for the link, I didn't really think it was race related, as much as it seemed mental health related, I thought it was about Taylor showboating and flaunting herself to gain grace with the men, which led Paloma to be annoyed with her ingratiating herself with the boys instead of the girls, as a strategy that rubbed her the wrong way, but if the edits and live feed "outages" show us anything, we can't always believe what we see

I dont follow the feeds so I didnt see anything else Paloma has said, but what was summed up in that link does seem bad.

Its more than just crumbling under the stress of being in the house, its actual mental issues with her. If Taylor got evicted, Paloma would've for sure just gone after someone else next.

FYI, tomorrow night's eviction episode will be pre-empted for the the January 6th House select committee hearings. It will air on Friday instead. Check your dvr's. My dvr hasn't picked it up yet and it still shows it will record tomorrow.

Hopefully it's an actual 2 hour episode and not just two separate 1 hour episodes they edit.

Imagine the 8pm episode ending with the usual credit scene and 2 minutes later the 9pm episode starts with the "previously on big brother" intro.

I know on shows like these that production doesn't want to step in and they usually just let things play out, but everything happening to Taylor is getting ridiculous.

Can production just sit people down and be like "you all are wrong, every assumption about Taylor is wrong, stop being racist and bullies and move on."

This cast does have some likable people in it, but this is already hurting the season so early on. Luckily it's only a few people who are causing those problems like Daniel, Nicole, most of that girls alliance.

I didn't like Taylor at first, I saw exactly what Paloma and others were saying about her flaunting her sexuality as her game play

then we see miscommunication between her and Nicole, Nicole takes it the wrong way, tells Daniel, who for some reason goes bonkers on Taylor.

I found myself feeling really bad for Taylor, she thought she was being supportive and Nicole wasn't having it, but it was also Nicole's gameplay at that time as her "bestie", and wanted what she believed was the house plan to get Taylor out, the whole thing is messed up

Daniel is starting to give me "Frenchie" vibes, if anyone remembers him.

All that stuff aside, I loved all the "stunned" faces during the eviction, real or fake, everyone had one

And to top it off, wasn't Nicole crying because she has to throw the comp? Playing the victim card when she's the one targeting someone.

And Taylor supporting Nicole quitting because she obviously wouldn't know Nicole is crying because she has to throw the comp, but instead thought she's crying because she's having a rough time in the house (or as Jasmine said, she speculated that maybe Nicole got bad news about her moms treatment)

The vote was 7-4 with one of those 7 being a sympathy vote not realizing a flip happened.

Which makes me wonder if theres ever been a time in BB where someones sympathy vote ended up being the swing vote. Now that would be the greatest flip ever. You dont even have the numbers to stay, but convinced someone who wants you out to give you a sympathy vote which they dont realize is actually the final vote needed to keep you.

I think she used it to motivate herself so she could rationalize throwing the comp. It was ridiculous and spiraled out of control but for whatever reason she needed to believe she was being attacked to be fine with throwing it.

BB has once again managed to find some crazy people. They seem to be braking down fast this season.

I'm glad that happened because the season was setting up to be boring with a large alliance dominating. Hopefully this causes a lot of gameplay and keeps it interesting.

There still might be a large alliance dominating, but at least its the likeable people who are in that one.

I get BB casts certain people to fill roles/add drama, but at some point you have to realize certain behaviours aren't worth the drama it adds to the show.

Side note, Alyssa crying as if they just watched someone die, and Nicole again playing the victim card because she never got to say goodbye to her friend was funny. They have no problem shunning someone and getting them out asap for non game reasons, but when a game move happens, suddenly its wrong.

I have avoided spoilers so far. Has this season been worth watching? I was thinking about getting caught up.

Too early to tell. Not even at the jury phase yet, and that's when you can really get a sense of how the season will be.

Depends on who you like and dont like as well.

To me it's not as good as last season or BB20, but has been better so far than BB 22, 21, 19.
