wow, crazy episode, at first they wanted to screw Daniel into using veto to get his best friend out

then, he sounds smart, he knows something is fishy, is committed to not using veto if he wins

Kyle is with his pseudo showmance, and it's starting to look like he's screwed either way, if they win veto, he's gotta use it on his girl, or not use it to appease his alliance. I'm starting to wonder if he can get himself out by forming another alliance with Daniel, Indy, Nicole, and Alyssa, so he can use the veto on his girl, and cut ties with the other alliance

Then, out of nowhere, the plan shifts, Daniel catches wind of it, and ends up totally bailing Kyle out by choosing to use the veto himself because he thinks they want him to keep noms the same, which is what he wanted all along lol

so naturally they put up Nicole and Taylor. Daniel overthought this so hard and helped Kyle look great lol. Kyle basically had one out: Hope somebody gets dumb and bails him out, and that is exactly what happened lol

From what I've read about Alyssa/Kyle, its sounded like she's the one obsessing over him. Going as far as watching him shower, which you know would be taken way differently if the roles were reversed.

But Kyle doesn't want to engage in anything for multiple reasons (being infront of cameras everywhere and his religious family watching, which he's told Alyssa about and she didnt seem to back off)

Episode went as expected, although I guess the other side realized they lost so they just decided to vote with the house.

You know for sure Taylor joining Indy/Alyssa was strategic. If Daniel wins HOH, he surely won't risk nominating her knowing she has votes to stay. If anyone else wins HOH, they could probably nominate Daniel, and if Taylor/Alyssa/Indy play in the veto, Taylor could throw it.

Taylor joining them keeps all the pairs safe except for the one. So it's definitely planned for that to happen. There is really only 1 play and that is to put the pair up with 2 leftovers. The issue then is there are no veto teams left that don't have a leftover in them, so the veto gets used and non-alliance member goes home.

wow! reading more, it seems she tries to shower with him and he's not comfortable with it

And it would be worse if he wasn't attracted to her. But she knows he's uncomfortable with this stuff infront of cameras for the reasons I mentioned, but she still doesn't take no for an answer. Like I said, if the roles were reversed, people would probably be demanding Kyle be removed from the game or spoken to by production and say he's Caleb 2.0.

But it's funny how she said she was anti-showmance. She's a 24 year old model. That's literally the reason they cast her, to fill that archetype.

Did it have something to do with her breaking up the Kyle and Alyssa porn?

Other than that, I was confused why that was a thing

Also, Jasmine is totally faking her ankle injury, who needs a walking boot for several weeks for a slight sprain? and then someone bites half a muffin and she suddenly zooms around? cmon

The Kyle/Alyssa stuff is already getting unwatchable. I get BB producers are obsessed with showmances, but most viewers don't care one bit. Especially between people now acting like they're in high school.

And Jasmine....if her injury was this bad, how wasn't she pulled from the game? A simple sprain taking her out for a week or so is fine. But if she is actually unable to compete, she shouldn't be in the game, and if she's exaggerating it, producers need to step in. That performance during the HOH comp was sad. Suddenly she can't walk anymore?

Between that and her ridiculous diary rooms where she's all like "I'm more tired than a horse at a rodeo" and "I'll butter you up more than my grandma's corn on a cob" and all these annoying phrases she comes up with, once Daniel is gone, I hope she's next.

I actually disagree here, showmances are a strong interest for viewers, especially how they affect gameplay

yeah, she was making a joke of having no chance to win, so might as well just hobble there until the time ran out, but yeah, she's acting like she's as hurt as Christmas when she broke her foot a couple seasons ago. Christmas was a competitor though, it wrecked her game, Jasmine knows she's not a physical threat so she's milking it for the rest of her game, which is...

that's her thing, she's trying to be known for her diary quotes, even though most of the lines are fed to them anyway, she's the cowgirl hick trope and she embraces it to the max

Funny how this gets brought up on the show the very next episode. Even Turner is making fun of her DRs without realizing she does this in the DR.

So Jasmine can compete in Otev and actually last a round AND compete in the wall comp but now she can't even make it to the DR without a cane while limping the whole time? Like I said, if she's actually hurt that bad for this long, remove her and get it checked out, but I doubt that's the case.

And Taylor is giving me Jen (from BB8) vibes in a somewhat good way.

Not sure if Kyle's strategy of wrecking the Leftovers alliance is gonna work

It feels like he's doing it so Alyssa and Terrance know, so he's playing for himself in the moment, and playing for his showmance long term. Weird strategy, even if he, alyssa, DJ Showtime align, they'll have to deal with the aftermath when the groups merge. The numbers don't really work, but we'll have to see

That was stupid of him. He has no way to win and he will be enemy #1 going into next week.
