Been building & repairing PC's for 40 years, never saw this error though

COMPUTER ISSUE, anyone have any advice?

I unplugged a usb device and my computer restarted

When it restarted it gave me a message about BIOS/UEFI settings were incorrect and to hit f1

No keyboard I plugged into the PC work, tried various keyboards and cables and still nothing

So I tried to reset the BIOS using my special little button that the motherboard has and it didn't work

Then I removed the actual CMOS battery and waited a bit then reseated it, no dice

I am thinking that my motherboard is needing replaced, it is still under warranty thankfully

What do you think it could be? This is a new problem I've never encountered

And btw I've had intermittent issues with hearing the usb noise that windows makes on occasion So that's what makes me think of the motherboard being corrupted

    Thoughts?? Anyone?

    without a keyboard your stuck.
sounds the ps2 pins are not working? im thinking you have a bad copatier on the board. can you see the board to see if you have burns or inlarged capaciters or things like that. even one of throse could be the issue.

im guessing you going to need to replace the board.

if your board supports wireless keybaord, try that if you havent could my only other thought.
