This past weeks roundtable was one of the most dramatic I've seen. Definitely felt like we stepped back 15 years in the past with that gameplay move.

Rob taking the shot so early was wonderful. Bob was incredibly irritating.

I'm hating that Traitor conclave or whatever this time around.

Actually the whole cast is kinda annoying.

Not sure how I feel about the rule change. I've seen it in other seasons too. I dunno.

The room they're in this time doesn't seem as good, it reminds me of the Canadian one which didn't stand out as much.

It's so early to tell anything, but Carolyn seems to be in a good position to win. It's not like Survivor where you have to play a good game to get people to vote for you, you just need to play a game that gets you to the end and that seems to be what she's doing despite her trying to play it like Survivor where she wants to make moves and have her moves seen/heard.

God, that Carolyn seems literally crazy. Terrifies me lol.

I think everyone tries to play it like the game show they're from but man it doesn't work that way.

Also can't believe Tony got bounced so early.

I think I like it more if it's a mix of celebrity and regular.

During the clown fun house game, why didn't they just say 1-2-3-4 to describe the doors?

UK season right now too. It's a bit more intriguing I think.

Side note: I don't know any of thess famous survivor people I don't watch that, haha.

If you watched Survivor you'd understand Carolyn more.

She's admittedly different from everyone else, best way they described it on her season, she's "unapologetically herself". She's a drug counsellor after battling addiction herself growing up so that probably does play a part in her personality now.

The real people vs "celebs" stuff was done in S1, which is what led to the finale we saw and the aftermath from it.

I think the show is better with just all reality show people on it because then if you have real people, it starts being an easy divide between "tv stars vs non tv stars".

Deal or No deal island for instance has a mix of both. This season you can tell the non tv people don't like the tv personalities like Dr.Will and Parvati because you're playing a game for money and if they've been on tv/won before, they're already better off than the "real people".

But not knowing Survivor probably does change a lot of how you view it too since Rob, Tony, Jeremy are big names of the cast.

Definitely true. I don't get the fascination with them since I have no history. Rob speaks weird that's all I know. I was pissed Tony and Jeremy got bounced.

I get what you mean about the "divide" but then now it's all divides too with housewives and gamers and whatever. At least you kinda get some "legit needs" out of "normal folk" sometimes. But I get it you have to be intriguing to the audience.

Meh. Unapologetically herself. That's an excuse for her to be dumb hahaha.

                Re: The Traitors (Peacock)

If not for Boston Rob, I think the traitors would have been fine. Danielle and Bob would've been fine working together and likely with Carolyn for a while too. But Rob taking out Bob changed all that.

But Danielle is playing a sloppy game. Something about Big Brother players being traitors that makes them get too confident and power hungry.

On the flip side, Derrick playing an under the radar game right now is crazy given how dangerous he is (he's up there with Dan as some of the best players, but Dan played a more public/cut throat game while Derrick played more under the radar and strategic one).

I don't know who is the fave to win after this week since even Carolyn seems in danger. It's gonna be like s2 all over again where the big names cost each other the game and we get a random final isn't it?

I think so. They all have egos.

                  Danielle sucks. Carolyn is obvious.

Shame that Nikki got screwed like that. I don't care for her overall but as far as rooting interests go I'm obviously gonna root for the wrestler.

I obviously didn't like her in WWE, but thought she was ok on this show.

I just find it so funny how one person went after her for being a traitor because "she does fake wrestling for a living, she knows how to fool people."

If any wrestler today would be good on this show, I think either Miz or one of the new day guys would be perfect for it. Miz because of his history (last seasons winner used to date him I believe as they have a history on the challenge) and new day because they'd be rational enough thinkers and likely popular enough with the group to last.

Dude I was thinking the other day Miz would be awesome on traitors, no pun intended.

I too hate the logic about the "you acted for a living" thing. Come on.

Obviously they cast people who don't know much about the show (you also only have 2 US seasons to go off of), but it's funny always seeing people apply the same logic as to why someone is or isn't a traitor, as if that's how the game works.

"___ blinked a lot at the roundtable, they must be a traitor!"

"___ is a nurse, they don't lie, they must be a faithful."

That's not how the game works at all. Traitors are literally chosen by production based on who they think would make the best TV. And nobody outside of the gamers seem to pick up on the "last group of people to enter breakfast are the people on the chopping block for the traitors". I know Janelle last season said she was clueing in to that because that's how Big Brother used to be when they had the keys for nomination.

I love how they're doing weekly reaction videos for each episode.

Whoever was banished and murdered get to recap the season and what went down and then we hear their reaction to finding out who the traitors are.

Nikki's was funny hearing her talk about the game and mentioned everyone expecting her to go full WWE character mode in this game and was like "They expected me to go Nikki Bella mode and lie and cheat to win. What were they expecting, Brie to come in and switch places and we'll do twin magic?"

Don't know if it's on Peacock, but it's on YouTube (surprisingly not censored either)

This truly might be the most chaotic season of traitors ever (in the North American versions).

I thought the traitors were bad in Traitors Canada last year with 2 of them going after each other for half the season, but this takes it to a whole new level.

Rob standing there in the turret in disbelief the entire time with Danielle writing his name down and then her and Carolyn going at it, it's crazy. I don't see any of them winning. Dylan has probably played the best game so far.

If there is a recruitment after the next traitors goes, I think Rob and Carolyn need to get rid of Danielle and then bring in someone they can trust because there's no other combination of traitors that would work together.
