49 1/2 Year Old Photo Question

I recently discovered a photo that was part of a certificate package that acknowledged my completion of an Air Force technical school course. The photo shows my 13-member class (plus three instructors) outside in front of an airplane. I scanned the picture and then noticed that the three women had their name tags visible (the men were wearing jackets). I zoomed in on the name tags one at a time, but I couldn't make out the lettering.

I'm quite certain the tech is there but what are my options if any?

Been a bit, but it is really easy to unblur distant images through photoshop and I think the new popular one is Moavvi (spelling might be wrong).

Worth a shot to use those tools and see if that's all is needed. I have definitely done some work similar to this.

I'm an AF Vet about over 41 years now. Even though San Antonio was our Basic, it was also famous for many of the special techs schools once you graduated. Do you remember which base you had that photo taken? Maybe posting on a social media page that has characteristics from that class/base. or..........

There are many AI apps that you can search and apply or as Bard said, Photoshop may help with some saturation.

Sheppard Air Force Base, in Wichita Falls, Texas. The photo was taken one week before graduation (March 5, 1975). I remember because one of my pictured classmates didn't pass her final test and had to do another week with another class.
