Will there be porting back and forth? I know this isnt the sports gaming forum but for example will Madden 360 or NBA 2K6 be the same game for the 360 and PS3. Will PS3 be a port of 360 next year? I know this might not be known yet, but I am just wondering in case anyone knows. I just play sports games and the occasional fps game so I don't know if I really want or need both systems. Anyways thanks for any responses.

The orginal system that they make it for seems to be the best version in sports games at least, so that is good for me because I'm getting 360.

Though I do buy a few non sports game here and there I buy sports videogames mostly and since EA ports most of thier games from the easist system to program from it makes my choice easy. XBOX 360 seems to be the easiest to develop on so the port will most likely go from 360 to PS3 so it wont be that big of a difference graphically so I wont be missing out on that much.Comment

Hardware wise the systems are pretty close, so don't expect difference in multiplatform titles outside of 360 versions all having custom soundtracks (which is required for all games).
Basically, for games on both systems look at the controllers, online services, and how important custom soundtracks are to you. Then pick your poison.Comment
