How many of you all have mikes, also how many dont mind playing with people without Mikes? I mentioned before that I have the PS Camera with the built in speaker but I dont know if that would work as a mike in game? It worked on Little Big Planet but for a more complex systen like KZ2 I doubt it would work the same way. Can anyone that has tried or knows if it would work tell me please?

I have a mic and wont hesitate to use it LOL

I prefer to use a mic but if I'm in a game with a bunch of smack talking, screaming idiots I'll turn it off. Not gonna listen too all the BS

How bad? Campers? Glitching? Or just playing non-team wise?

I have'nt seen none of that yet, but I'm sure it will happen amongst the random population.

I was speaking more to the screaming, trash talking a-holes who monopolize the mic and dont use it for strategy purposes.

If you really LOVE COD then you may not like this game. This game is more realistic with the aiming system. The gun feels "heavy" in your hands. I like COD games, but I prefer a game like this more. It is far more tactical, and less "run and gun" like COD.

As far as the multiplayer goes I would say that is about equal if not superior. You have custom classes and and weapon upgrades like COD and you also have the ability to play an "offline" game with bots. (Which I really like.)

There is no single player deathmatch, but there is a team deathmatch. The game looks phenomenal. It makes COD look like a Wii game. I really don't have a desire to play COD after playing this.

Thanks for the quick impressions. I am waiting for lunch to pick it up. I loved COD, but I really like the tactical gameplay. In COD every now and then I would get a teammate that would actually stick with me and cover. Hopefully team play is more key in this game. But with the incentive system, everyone maybe looking out for themselves still. Human nature.

Keep an eye out for Operation Flashpoint (summer release). It's in the same tactical category.

...I'm basically "afraid" I am going to thoroughly enjoy the game, and I'm going to have waaaay too many games to play at once (i.e., NBA 2K9, Call of Duty: WOW, MLB '09, & Killzone 2...)

I wish there was a way to mute everyone. Hopefully, they will add this feature in a update.

By the way, you have to be a sergent (sp?) to form a clan. Doesn't take long to become one though. It's just the third rank.
