finally ps3 getting the dust off and getting those nice games!!!!!! resistance 2/killzone 2/street fighter 4 (cuz of the controller).

Finally really got into Skirmish mode against the Bots and I was getting my butt handed too me. Grant it I am not a professional gamer, not even average and the bots were tearing me apart. It's hard to explain, I really felt like I was playing against human MP counterparts. Peace!!!!

Battle Replays: You will be able to watch games as they unfolded, watch the troop movements and see who killed who and how. We'll expand on this as time goes by. Right now you should be able to view a couple of Battle Replays created by internal testing of the site. Battle Replays are saved and displayed if at least 2 people played and completed a round and will for now remain on the site for two weeks.

Killzone 2: The Multiplayer Maps

Pyrrhus Rise

The dust blows past and rocky mesas rise from the desert sand. The derelict base in the center of this dusty purgatory is the perfect place for a skirmish, due to the three bridges that link the Helghast headquarters with that of the ISA. These overpasses create chokepoints where plenty of nail-biting firefights occur. However, a good squad will take advantage of an unoccupied bridge and bring the fight to the enemy. At the end of one bridge is a nice, tiny hiding spot where you can lie in wait for an unsuspecting foe, though there is no real camping in this game. Possibly my favorite map in Killzone 2.

I'm glad to see that I am not the only one excited about this game.

I went to Best Buy because I thought it released today, whoops. I hope to see some of you online this weekend. Should be fun. And those battle replays are going to be interesting to watch after a fight.

PS3 is starting this year with some great exclusives.

None of you guys have gotten this yet from one of those mom and pop stores that sell them early. I figure at least half a dozen of you would be playing the game right now. would but I don't know any mom or pop stores that sell games.

Me neither. I pre-ordered mine from Gamestop, and this particular GameStop goes by the "rules" so much, that I don't even know if I will see it on Friday.

Why wouldn't you get it Friday? that's the release date.
