It looks like a current gen PC game to me. If you have a decent rig you can definitly run this game now..

Well it is for the PC and X360. Not sure which one this footage is from, because the same video is on IGNPC, but I wouldn't expect them to be any different.

Anyways the game looks interesting. It sure did impress alot of people at E3.
