That's probably a part of the windows media extender. It'll probably allow you to tap into your windows media center if you have one, watch tv, and record it if you wish. Thats my guess. They (Microsoft) have already stated that the xbox 360 won't have pvr features built-in, so im sure it'll have something to do with the wmc.XBOX 360 Setup:

Below the Red B button it also states "Live TV". I have the same button on my cable companies HDDVR. Maybe, it can be used as a DVR as well?Comment
