      Correct me if I'm wrong...

      Ad-hoc= "system link"
      infrastructure= "xbox live"

      so if a game is ad-hoc only...i can't go online and play with a random opponent somewhere else in the world.

        You, sir, are correct!

        Ad-hoc=in the same room
        infrastructure=on the internet

            MLB falls short of playable with infrastructure mode, just too choppy. I've tried so many times to get a decent game and they all have the same result.

            The only game im for certain is smooth with infrastructure mode is Twisted Metal.
