Delta Force: Xtreme

I recently bought this game (19.99 retail price)... it's pretty fun. The lack of range on weapons is a little frustrating, but adds realism. The ability to use vehicles is really cool, too.

I've also heard that this game was very solid competition to Battle Field 2...

Anyone know if this game is better than BF2 or not? I'm thinking about snagging BattleField... but if this is just as good, thirty dollars less and takes up less memory on the computer, I might as well just play this.

It's a remake of Delta Force 1 for the PC.

Joint Operations is the one that gives the Battlefield series a decent run.. but doesn't have any kind of single player.

Right now though, Battlefield 2 has a ton of people online playing. Only downside is that you can't play multiplayer games with Bots like the previous battlefield 1942 and Vietnam games.

I own both. If you're going to play online with people, get BF2. If you just want to play single player then pick up DF1.
