Where is secret video in GTA San Andreas?

I was watching the news today and I saw a big controversy over some kind of secret sex video contained in GTA and government people were complaining about the ratings system. I was just wondering where in the heck is this video in the game b/c I beat the game a while back and never saw it. Do you have to enter a code or is it in a certain part of the game? How do you get to it?

I think it had something to do with changing the game coding or something like that

I believe it's a mod you have to download in order to unlock the game.

And I also believe it's an action replay save for x-box too.

Based on the fact that Codejunkies, gamefaqs and other sites who host saves/codes all removed everything regarding this code, I'm going to lock this before someone posts something they shouldn't have.
