I think I'll have to wait for a year or so for the price to go down. Not that I'm in a hurry to buy PS3, since I have university waiting next year .

Of course Kutaragi could be trying to fool Microsoft into overpricing the Xbox 360, then launching at $299. Anything over $350, and Sony is taking a big risk, as history has shown, it's mass market suicide.

If it launches at $400+ , it will be sitting at Wal-Mart until a price drop. Assuming that an additional controller will be $30 and games at $60....you're looking at paying $500+ to play one game.
