All the Hypnotix people are going to work for EA, it's not like they got laid off or anything, what's the big dea?

Its not like the guys HAD to work there or they were bought out. It seems like they were offered an offer they can't refuse, and chose that route.

Unless im way off board here, I feel it was their decision and felt that working within Outlaw's production capabilities isn't as GOOD as working for EA.

It probably had to do with money, however, and not much about artisitic advancement, although EA probably promised that.

EA also ruined one of the greatest RTS franchises on PC in Command and Conquer.

Basically disbanding Westwood studios.

I don't know. I don't know all the details but ea has bought some teams and had them and the games changed completely. I'm just sick of seeing one company basically run the entire gaming industry.

I didn't. I compared them to the perpetrators of tragedy. In the economy of scale, what EA is and will continue to do to the world of video gaming is no less debilitating and catastrophic than what the Germans did in the 40's

I sure hope this is a continuation of a joke by you. Drawing an analogy between the videogame industry's colossus to how Europe and Japan's economies were destroyed by a global conflict started by the Nazis?
