What's the deal with Final Fantasy VII AC

I have been hearing alot of different rumors about Final Fantasy VII Advent Children and it's getting confusing so could someone please clarify a few things if they know the answer. Thanks

    1. What exactly is it? Is it a game or is it a movie?

    2. Is it going to be released in the US? I have heard some people say that it is being released in Japan only and other people say that it will be released in the US at a later date. Which one is it?

    3. If it's a movie what format will it be in? UMD for the PSP system, DVD, Laserdisc lol

Typical US consumer, you are not alone in being clueless

Its a movie, It was released in Japan 2 days ago. No its not a game but a movie sequel to FF7. The US release was delayed until I think November. Yes there will be a 2 UMD disk for the US release. With an even better DVD release with extras

The movie was released the other day in Japan with Japanese voices and english subtitles a really good movie that ive already watched 2 times. The US release will be dubbed in English, If you played Kindom Hearts Cloud will be the same person who played the voice in that. In my opinion watching in with Japanese Language is the only way to go Dubs suck.

I watch alot of Asian and Japanese Movies and from the day I first started watching my mind was opened to a whole new level. I realized what Hollywood was doing they were copying from the Asians work, Movies like Star Wars are complete rip offs from Samurai Movies from the 50s and 60s.
Needless to say I no longer watch Hollywood movies they are a joke and then some they can keep their 'White Chicks' and 'Saving Private Ryan' I will be watching movies like Yojimbo, Lone Wolf and Cub, The Hidden Blade and Kagemusha to name a few.
