Yeah, as badly as I hate to, I think I just placed my order a few minutes ago. Man, I'm a sucker for new game systems. It's sad, I'm selling my laptop (which I thought about using for gaming) in order to get one of these bad boys.
And as far as the games, I'm getting Live 06 and NBA 2k6. Now, with Express shipping, November 23 can't get here soon enough!Twitter - WTF_OS

You'll probably just have to get one of the $579 bundles that Walmart has and then add the $99 hard drive later. I don't know though, I think if it were me I'd rather have the Hard drive included and get the premium bundle. But you may not like Wireless controllers. I don't know why MS has to make it so difficult to get what you want.Twitter - WTF_OS

Yea I hate wireless controllers. Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals,3rd period, tie game, break away with star player and the controller stops working...no thanks.
Guess it's better just getting the core and HD seperate because saving the 29.99$ on the HD isn't any good when I just end up spending it on another (or 2 more) controller(s) and that way I can get the games at Blockbuster instead and use trade ins. The HD pays for itself anyway. Dling game demos = less rentals. I know I wouldn't have rented Ride or Die or WSOP if I played demos of them.Comment

Re: New Xbox 360 Bundles at WalMart.com!
What am I supposed to do untill then? Leave it on pause for however long it takes to recharge or end up having to start over? Still a hassle.
It said the thing about demos somewhere when it mentioned either the HD or XBL Silver. I don't remeber where, could've just been a rumor.Comment

Plus, its only using AA batteries. Even if you play alot of games, I still bet you can get a years batteries easy at a place like Sam's or Walmart for under $20.Comment

Well guys, I took the plunge. Thanks to the original poster who spotted out these bundles. Although you spend alot with these things, you really do get things you actually want.
I got the Walmart Customer Choice Bundle with Madden 2006, Tiger Woods, and Call of Duty 2. With Tax and Express Shipping, it came to around $800.Comment
