Is gamestop getting more shipments then other sites? The reason why I ask is, they seem to be still selling bundles on line, when wAlmart and egames are siold out right now. Does anybody know.

I'm not sure, I assume they are since they are the leading Videogame supplier now that ebgames was purchased by them, so they are going to be saying "look, we can get them when nobody else can..."

With that said, I preordered mine from them last night :y4:

Yeah, I really didn't care about the year long Xbox Live service, as I usually don't get to play that much anyway or else I probably would have opted for the Gold. I don't really care much for the games that were offered, but I'd say I will end up taking them back to Gamestop just like I did w/ my original Xbox bundle that I got. No sense in having 5 games that you don't want or won't play.

Are you still contemplating the purchase? Or have you jumped full on like I did?

Yeah, I really didn't care about the year long Xbox Live service, as I usually don't get to play that much anyway or else I probably would have opted for the Gold. I don't really care much for the games that were offered, but I'd say I will end up taking them back to Gamestop just like I did w/ my original Xbox bundle that I got. well I was going to wait, but I may just go ahead and purchase the silver package, I do want the 360, I already had it preorderd at my local Ebgames, and they took my preorder money and used it for game, cause i thought I could wait, but I kida feel that i want now then later. I may buy that silver package today. I'm still thinking It's just a lot of dough, ya know.

I went ahead and preordered from Gamestop as well. I got the Silver Bundle, it was $835. So now I have 2 different preorders, one from Wal-Mart and one from Gamestop. I would rather have the one from Wal-Mart, but I don't know what's going on with them. I have never gotten a response from the e-mail I sent them. I'll call tommorrow and try to find out what's going on.

I just want to make sure I get a system before Christmas, I just hope that I can get rid of the 5 games with the Gamestop bundle. There are 5 games that I want but it isn't them.

I want Madden, Tiger, Live, Ghost Recon, and maybe Top Spin or NBA 2k6. None of the 5 games in the Gamestop bundle interest me.

Yeah, I feel you jpup... where in Southern KY are you? I'm from Frenchburg, which is fairly close to Lexington. I don't know anywhere around here that would carry them, so I figured I needed to get one soon, or do without.

I reads in the details that system are shipped out on first-come first-serve basis, so would we still get the system even if you just ordered today?

It also reads this, Supplies are limited and launch quantities have not been determined.

That's what it said... and I received the same deal as jpup... Tax isnt' charged here in KY, only in NY and Pennsylvania I believe. Are you in one or the other?

:y4:, That does suck. I was pleasantly suprised when I seen I didn't have to pay taxes, I will order from Gamestop for all of my gaming needs from now on I'd say... I think that's great news for me. Much better than wally world

I'm still thinking about it right now, I just got six months free intrest on my credit card, that doesn't go into effect until thursday, I'm wondering if did order it today if that would fall under my 6 months intrest free, I know they don't chagge until they ship, or at least a few days beofre. wtferrell did you charge it, if you don't mind me asking.

Yeah, well, in a way.. I used my Debit card for my account specially set up for my own purchases :y4: I had planned on waiting a while before my purchase, but I just can't help myself w/ stuff like this.. I had to have one.
