If the game reaches 100%, it means I am definetely getting it... and no new information could change my mind... any game that drops to 0%, I will never buy, even if new info comes out to make the game more appealing...

I know this is a dumb question but where can you buy the actual 360? EB is sold out and gamestop has those $700+ bundles.

Gamestop won't sell just the system for $299? I find that hard to believe.

I'm going down to reserve mine today, it'll be interesting to see what happens.


I plan on reserving the system and just Madden, and I'll buy a second controller obviously. So I'm looking at right around $400 for everything.

Gamestop won't sell just the system for $299? I find that hard to believe.

I'm sure they do but all I see on there site is those bundles.

Actually I e-mailed gamestop and they said they only sell the bundles.

Actually I e-mailed gamestop and they said they only sell the bundles.

Called them today and aside from them saying "No more preorders, here or anywhere!" they said they have the $299 and $399 basic bundles (the 2nd with the hard drive) available in store. But since they won't take preorders anymore, atleast in my area, it doesn't really matter.

EB said they would take my money but with no guarantees. Same response to my bundle question. At this point, that may be my best option combined with some hunting the day of.

well thats is what I had to do, EB took my money, and I know the Guy who works there, he said even know there are quite a few people ahead of my on the list, he still thinks I will get the 360 on release day from them. He also said that I he know ahead of time if I will get it on release day, and just in case I wont get it on release day he said he would tell me so I could try and get it somewhere else, and they will refund my money. I already paid in full for it. This guy knows his stuff so I will take his word for it right now, plus If I had to wait, then hey I will wait. As long as I know It's paid in full, I know I will get one.

I may just head to EB tomorrow and do the same so long as I can cancel too if the wait gets to be too lengthy or if I find it elsewhere. I'd want to get the $399 package and get the replacement plan when I pick it up. Plus, it'll get me out of bed tomorrow...the Sox don't deserve my sulking.

I put my paid in full on monday I bought a lot of stuff with it, my total was like $630 I got the replacement plan myself, it was $40 dollars, the guy told me that the eb warranty is far better then the 1 year microsoft gives you. He sadi Microsoft will not cover some certin issues with the system compared to there warranty. He said you can throw your system down a stair case and the EBgames warranty will cover in full.

I just bought all the extras on my own, I could have bought the system on it own if I wan't.
