I went to my local Gamecrazy yesterday to pick up "The Warriors" (cool game btw).I asked the clerk about pre-ordering a 360,and then tells me that they have already sold through their second shipment, which I can believe.
This is the questioning part though.....he tells me that Microsoft sent a memo that the 400 console is only going to be available through preorder,but that you would be able to buy the "core" system in store without pre-ordering.
So does that mean that the 400 setup is only going to be available for a short time?
That would mean that you would have to either opt for the memory card OR the harddrive? I'm so confused at this point....has anybody else heard of this?
Hell if that's the case....300(core),100(hd),plus another 40 if you want the wireless controller, or you could just spend the 85 to 90 on a memory card and wireless or 40 just for the memory card.
