I haven't got to read up on this game much... anyone care to explain exactly what the deal is? What's it about? What type of game is it?

yup this really looks like a good game.. tomorrow i will be picking both this up as well as Operation Flashpoint.

it's an open ended type game.. essentially like a shooter set in the old west -- you can even scalp people...

I haven't got to read up on this game much... anyone care to explain exactly what the deal is? What's it about? What type of game is it?

From the looks of it, its a GTA clone about the wild west. Instead of cars, you got horses. Instead of slot machines and pool, you got poker and checkers. If the map was still up you could see the huge world it will have full of hills, valleys and towns. Looks real good.

This game along with Smackdown vs Raw is probably the last 2 XBOX games I'll get this year.

Yeah, that's basically me, but I don't know, I may pick it up just for the heck of it. I'm just hoping that I can get a 360 on launch or a day or two after... That's my only dilemma right now, lol.

I wasn't intrested but it looked pretty sweet in the TV ad but that's what TV ads are supposed to do.

Might rent it on the 360. I feel like renting every launch game (that I don't buy) actually even though I hate EA.

from what i have been reading, this may be a "short" game..people have said that it takes about 6 hrs to beat the game.. i hope not..
