If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :) -

Originally posted by WTFYeah, it comes w/ Madden, a Faceplate, an extra wireless controller, a $10 Panini bread company Gift card, and a $15 Cinemark Movie Gift card. All this, plus the Party in a box w/ free soda, shirts, hats, etc... and did I mention, 3 days early.Comment

Re: Best buy..whose camping out there?
Well, the way I see it is...
$400 Premium System
$60 Madden game
$50 Extra Wireless Controller
$20 Extra Faceplate
--------------------------
$530 Total
+ 32 Tax
--------------------------
$562 Total Cost
Now, I only paid $138 more than that to get mine 3 days early. I also got the 4 shirts, 4 hats, etc... as well as a $10 Panini Gift Card (Fiance loves this place), $15 Cinemark Movie Card (There's a local one)...
I have already sold 2 of the hats for $10 a piece ($20 Total) and two of the shirts for $7 a piece ($14).
Therefore $138 minues the $34 from 2 shirts/hats, and $35 for the Gift Cards... I paid a grand total of $69 more for mine to have it 3 days early. That, and the fact that I still have 2 more shirts/hats to sell. At first, I thought it was rediculous, but then as I started to ponder more, I seen it wasn't too bad of a deal at all.
And yes, I am going to still camp to get at least one more to help out at least one person on this site who can't get one... and another to sell on eBay, to make up for some of that whopping $69 that I lost by getting one 3 days early
All in all, not too shabby.Twitter - WTF_OS

As this launch kept getting closer, I realized more with each passing day just how much I did NOT want to have to camp out again. I did it for like 11 hours for the PS2, and while it was kind of fun, it was loooong and cold.Last edited by SportsorDeath; 11-16-2005, 04:04 PM.Comment

:y4: Ya Bastard... lol.
Yeah, I knew what you meant though SportsorDeath. It took me forever to make a decision to purchase it. Now, I'm definately glad I did. It seems like I'm WAY overpaying, but in reality, it's a good deal.Twitter - WTF_OS
