I need some help

I bought the Movies game for the PC, i havent really been a huge PC gamer, for the simple fact that i cant get many games to run on my computer. I am able to run the sims just fine, I thought my comp was just not a gaming computer but now i cant get The Movies to play for more than 10 minutes without crashing to desktop.

Here are my specs:

Pentium 4 2.66 GHZ
640 MB RAM
ATI radeo 9100 128 MB ( driver updated)

these specs are more than enough to run the game according to the box. I have windows service pack 2 installed, all my drivers are up to date completely. this is ridiculous. every game i play on this besides the sims does the same exact thing, it plays perfectly for 10-15 minutes then crashes to desktop. every game. i have tried playing the game at the lowest quality setting, switching to 16 colors, full hardware acceleration, etc. anyone have any idea or anything i could try to fix this issue. its very frustrating. if i can fix this for the movies, it might mean ill be able to play other games as well since its the same problem

Its weird, like theres no constant happening resulting in the crash, its just 5-10 minutes into the game sometimes longer, sometimes shorter, the game closes and im at the desktop. not while its loading,m not during a high motion event, it could just be sitting on pause and it crashes.

try looking at one of the sites for the game, they should be able to help you better, check and see if others are having the same problem

This is why every PC game needs a demo. I don't know if my comp will run it either.
