Having a rechargeable battery is a luxury. Wouldn't be very profitable for the company if they gave you that as an extra bonus. It would great for the consumer though. I'm just glad that it's only $20 and not $40.

what does it charge? do u have to buy that rechargeable battery ?

yes, you have to have the rechargeable battery for the play and charge kit to be of any use at all. Basically, you play and play and then your battery starts running low. You can either plug the kit up and keep playing, or just use it to charge your controller while you aren't playing.

You actually have to press the little white button on the controller and on the actual 360 for them both to begin searching and syncing up to one another...
