I just came back from my local 24hr Wal-Mart and there were 8 people already lined up by layaway. However, it was nice to see that Wal-Mart had chairs set out for them and for anyone who was willing to wait in line.

Oh crap. I read a post on Gamefaqs that said that the Sterling Best Buy and Wal-mart are already packed. He said 80 were at Best Buy and 40 at Wal-Mart. If that's the case, there's really no point in me going up there after work. Thank God I've got a TRU bundle pre-ordered. I'm going to check with them tonight and make sure all of their pre-orders are covered.

You're in Clermont and they're lining up already? Damn, this isn't looking good. I'm in Orlando and figured I'd just go up to the 24-hr Walmart in Apopka aorund 10. I actually considered driving out to a smaller city like yours because there would be less demand. I guess I was wrong.

Reminds me when I was the second in line for the PS2. I waited 12 hours in a 24 hour store at the layaway counter, and they didnt even supply chairs. I wont do that again. I went to another Walmart that same night and picked up a voucher that was passed out. They only had 15 or so, I went back when they opened and watched all the people rushing and fighting to get to the electronic section just to find out they couldnt buy one. None had vouchers, that was some funny chit.

Checked on my TRU bundle and everything is a go. Was informed by the employee that all pre-orders had been set aside, in fact they were taking 4 more pre-orders today for tomorrow. Seems like TRU were the only sensible Co. to do this pre-order thing right. I would not worry if I were you
