    Future for the PSP?

With all the hype over the XBOX 360 and the PS3 next year…was wondering what everyone thinks is the likely course for the PSP…

Will we get a second year of greatly improved games? Companies devoting time to the system so that more features / smoother game play / less loading times are achieved?

Likelihood of this baby being around with lots of games in two years?

I’m yet to get one. However, I’ll be going a lot of travelling next year…so it would be kind of cool having a portable.

I don’t want to get one though if it gets completely forgotten once the XB360 hits…

Didn't Sony say they'd be putting out more handheld consoles/portables prior to the release of PS3?

If that's the case, you may want to hold off on that purchase.

I'm not following you. Please explain. As far as holding off your purchase, if you have a friend that has one and you get to play him with some regularity it's worth the purchase with the games already out, such as Ridge Racer, Virtual Tennis, and Hot Shots Golf. Even if you go solo with these games it's worth the purchase. Check this site out for upcoming games:
