Same. I never liked the playstation controllers and until I can try that controller out for myself, it will stay that way.

Re: PS3 Controller.. Hands-on
I'm not even interested in PS3. PS3 and 360 are like #1 and #1a. If I do buy a second console, it'll be Revolution just to play the Mario games I grew up playing."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

Re: PS3 Controller.. Hands-on
1. I don't grip my PS2 dual shock even closely to the way the hand model in that animation pretends to be gripping it.
2. How big is that thing? If it's too small then people with big hands aren't going to be gripping it like shown because their fingers will be too long.
3. Also, it would be nice if Sony would get with the program and move their left analogue stick to where the d-pad is right now.
4. The revolution controller really interests me.Comment

Re: PS3 Controller.. Hands-on
That controller reminds of the Boomerang PSOne controllers that were released in the late 90's. Those were some uncomfortable controllers and it even looks like that dude providing the demo on the controller appears to be uncomfortable. I hope that they release some old school PS1/2 controllers also to go with the system as I don't know if I could use this controller.
I can't get too excited yet for the PS3 until announcements are made and I still have the 360 to enjoy.Comment

Yeah, "like a steering wheel." I don't drive like that, and its not really comfortable to me.

I actually like the design of that control. Cept the part where they say the current controls make the wrists go in an unnatural position and become uncomfortable.
My hands are huge, and these current-gen controlers are small enough as it is right now for me."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

I have rather large hands and I simply cannot use the dual shock controllers. The shoulder buttons are impossible (for me) to distinguish between (though I'm sure I'd compensate if I owned a ps2) and I find it hard to go from using the thumbsticks to the buttons. Maybe its just me.Comment

My thoughts exactly, I could not imagine using the d-pad in Halo, COD2 or any game for that matter. Many current games are desinged to be used with the analog stick, but I could not use it in the current configuration on the PS3 controller, It just would not be very comfortable.Comment

Re: PS3 Controller.. Hands-on
As the Rajon Rondosin this thread mentioned, this controller looks like it will be too small and awkward at the same time.
