how functional is the web browser? i'm thinking about getting one, and that would be a big selling point to me. also, i've heard that w/new updates, it's hard to use homebrews and emu's, is that true?

You can use it if your near a hotspot or CPU-not sure if your CPU has to be routed. If you could get some sort of mini keyboard attachment it would be nice at coffee shops in lieu of a notebook. Without the keyboard it's virtually useless. No, I don't know if they have a mini available for the PSP yet.
