That's correct. Microsoft has the better value IMO. It's $50 2/yrs $99/4yrs unlimited usuage. With Gamestop or EBgames it's a 12 month extended warranty (90 days + 12 months =15 months Total). But the catch is, it's only a one time incident within that period.

If you get a system replacement you'll need to purchase another contract for $12 months at $40.

I purchased the EBGames extended warranty only because I live in Florida and Microsoft can't sell extended warranties in our State and I believe California.

You are right about the EB warranty. And if you call MS they will give you a one year warranty if you dont want the two years, but i would stick with the two year deal but thats just me

Yeah I would too Rock but MS can't sell me a warranty in Florida which bites so I had to go the EB/Gamestop route.

There is a 4 year option for $99 too? That seems like a pretty good deal for unlimited usage, right? So if anything goes wrong, they'll replace/fix it as many time as need be in 4 years?

Wish I would have known about that 4yr one from MS rather than wasting $50 at EB for only one damn year.

Will, did a rep at MS tell you about the 4yr at $99. That is an even better deal than spending $60 at 2.

I wish I would have known, I would have gone with the 4yr over the 2yr. I called MS yesterday and the girl told me that they will be sending an email once they have placed your system information confirming that the warranty is under affect.

Is it to late to get MS one? I purchased my system at launch. Anyone know if I can still get it?
