for some reason my headset for xbox live 360 does not work all the time, it works when i private chat with some of my friends but not with others. also it doesnt work for any of my games. i know how to change from talking in a private chat to a game so that is not the problem, can someone please please help me with this!!!

can someone please help me, i figured out that i could not talk to people on games because of my family settings so i changed them and it works now for most of my friends and all the games, but there are a few people whenever we try to private chat it just says joining chat but than never joins and goes away, can someone please help me??? -

no he doesnt have his settings on he is 18, what is wierd is he can talk to the same people that i can but we can not talk to eachotherComment
