I'm totally out of the PC gaming loop, but I noticed that the first Halo (Combat Evolved) is available with an online PC version which includes several new maps. If this news is 1 or 2 years old, sorry about that. Does anybody play this version? If so, is there much online action? Will the 360 have a third party keyboard hookup for Halo3 and/or other FPS games?

Yea man, it's old. I picked up the PC version about 2 years ago and it might have been out for even longer. I played it for a while and still think it's better than Halo 2, but that's another discussion altogether.
Microsoft had a rule against keyboard and mouse support on the XBOX1 to prevent people from thinking it was just a PC for the your TV... no word yet on whether or not they'll change they mind for the 360. I can only hope so because I would love to play some shooters (not all) with a keyboard and mouse instead of with the gamepad. -
