Thanks for your email - Sorry about the confusion you've had trying to log into the Xbox Live Diamond site. There has been an overwhelming response to the Diamond program and we're getting cards out to registrants as quickly as possible.

If you've already registered (it sounds like you have) but haven't received your card yet, your Gamertag won't yet work to get into the site.

As soon as your card is in the mail, your Gamertag will allow you to log into the Diamond site.

Microsoft is continuing to approve registrations. The 2nd series of gamers who meet the requirements should receive an approval confirmation within the next couple of weeks.



I see that your gamertag is on the 2nd series of cards that are currently in production! Please keep an eye out for your confirmation email to let you know that your Diamond card is in the mail.



The 2nd series of registrants should receive their Diamond cards by the end of April; depending on where you reside, delivery date may vary.
