Darn it. I don't hink I have a 24-hour Walmart near me which kind of sucks. It's a regular Walmart I think. What about those Walmarts that aren't the superstores? Will they be staying open for the New Year's Blowout Sale? I only wish BB would toss some more information on the internet so I can know when to camp out. It's warm as heck in Chicago now.

I think that's a bit harsh. The demand is high. I love how everyone forgets the PS2 launch, it was months before it even appeared again. At least some 360's are trickling into stores.

the PS2 launched in October, and by Christmas you could actually find one. I went out 2 or 3 days before Christmas and bought one from a EB in a mall in the middle of the day, so its not like they were hard to get at that point. the shortage was pretty much over by Christmas. As for the 360? Not so much.

Maybe in your area it was, in Cleveland it was March before they were on stores again. Some Best Buy's and EB's got them in just like the 360, only a few at a time, and that was it. They were going for over a grand on Ebay that Christmas.

I have a wal-mart by me and got the info from a friend who still works there and says that the 360s will be ran in an upcoming ad for the 1st thru the 7th so everyone is gonna know that Wal Mart is gonna be selling them and also the store by my house, while a 24 hour one. is only gettting 12 in ..CORE SYSTEMS

Well, I called EB, and I'm about 40th in a preorder list of 50 people or so.

I'm so angry/depressed right now. I can't find any online, and I don't want to pay much over retail, so I'm ****ed because I can't find any for retail. I'm kinda leery of eBay although I'm inching towards veteran status with eBay, and I've been banking on CC... although they haven't had any in for a while.

This is so much fun I want to go stab someone.

There's more to life then an XB 360...and if you really wanted one, you'd have it by now. Just wait it out man, no need to go ape**** over it.

My money has already been spent... Depressed might have been a bit much, but I feel that I am legitimately angry. I've been lied to, misinformed... Just because I missed online sales and passed on overpriced bundles doesn't mean I don't get to be angry.

according to some guy on gamefaqs by the name of phosperous, he's saying that best buy is having a big shipment onthe 30th of december and janurary 3rd. He has how many certain stores will be getting, all you have to do is know your store numbers that close to you and depending on how great this information is you might be able to get one. check in the xbox 360 hardware message boards

Hey Giggas good luck on grabbing the system man. I know how it feels to put all your money down and then be told by EB/Gamestop that you wont get one til after christmas glad I got one at walmart. Trust me dude it will be worth the wait.
