If it's widely known, I would go around 5. If not, then 9:30 should be fine. The 2nd release at Best Buy had a packed house before 6PM by me.

Well, I doubt it's widely known... I do know most of the college kids are out of town, and that means the population of our town has gone down by at least 15,000...

I'd just get there at like 5 or 6, so you don't have to chance it and look at it this way you will never have to worry about looking for a 360 again.

Ughhhh, this was "so close" moment #2. My dad has been addicted to trying to find a 360 and has been even when I was still down at college and hadn't said much about it. Well, he had a CC order ready to go, but decided he was gonna wake me up and make sure it was alright. Well, just as I was going to tell him to do it, the page refreshed by itself and the screen said his session had expired due to inactivity. Just as I expected, when he went to go put it in the cart again, everything was out of stock.

Honestly, I'm not really mad anymore, I just expect crap like this to happen

but waiting at wal mart for 6 hours on new years eve to get a 360? i would wait a few more weeks, and party it up with the friends....

Hahaha, well, I'm not a partier, so I'll be in line as well. Thankfully is should be warmer than it was on the 18th when I waited @ Best Buy (and yes, I am going earlier this time)
