# 1. Remove any discs from the disc tray and turn on your console.
2. Select Account Management.
3. Select Billing.
4. Enter the last four digits of your credit card number, and then choose Continue.


Now you should be able to see everything, i need the following

Name of credit card holder:
Can you tell me if you put a middle inital, and if there is a period after that middle initial

Phone number:
Do you have the area code?
Do you have the 1 infront of the area code?
Do you have dashes to seperate everything?

I would greatly appreciate this, im trying to get my account linked up with xbox.com again and it has very sensitive everything, it has to be exactly right.

the zip code always messed me up... because my credit card bill is sent to a different zip code than what im living in (college) maybe try that?

Yeah i know..i have tried both, we signed up with the zip code of my dads work..but i have also been trying my homes zip code

Im trying to figure this out..its so hard

But if anyone can check exactly what they put id appreciate it

The name you have to put in has to match the credit card exactly. If you Put Robert Sanders as the name on the credit card, Robert Sanders has to be typed in.

I have my area code, but with no spaces or '-'s in my number.

did you put the 1 along with your area code

i cannot remember if i put a period after my dad middle initial
