For $30, is that all that these are is just controller grips. It seems a bit expensive for that or am I wrong.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

Originally posted by nemesis04The unit is only $14.99. The $30 one has the charger in it. The wiring did not look that great with that one, plus I did not need it. The unit looks deceiving from the picture because the psp slips into a clear case which only has the controls exposed. The handles are attached to the case and in the back is a bar you can flip out to make it sand upright on a table.Comment

Any disadvantages with this thing?Comment

Re: Thinking about selling psp
If you just got it forget about the emulators they wont work. Sony doesnt sell ones with older firmwares anymore. They are hard to find.Comment

Re: Thinking about selling psp
the hackers have now made it possible to DOWNGRADE your firmware version from 2.0+ to 1.5, thus allowing you to play emulators. Very cool indeed those tricky hackers!"Basketball may have been born in Massachusetts, but it grew up in Indiana." - James NaismithComment

Originally posted by candyman56I would do it, but don't want to mess up my system. I read that some people bought 2 systems, 1 for emus and 1 for regular games.Comment

Re: Thinking about selling psp
Originally posted by andayamanI recently downgraded my PSP. I was a nervous wreck while doing it, since I've heard about the bricking stories. I read the downgrade directions of a full day, and when it was all said and done, it was well worth it.Comment
