Call of Duty 2 question (anti-aliasing)

I just played Xbox 360 for the first time at my Best Buy, and I played the Call of Duty 2 demo. I was instantly amazed at the contrast that this game had... and the framerate, and more or less the weaponry detail. It was on... I think maybe a 23" LCD. That's about all I was impressed with. The controller isn't that great IMO, and the controls... can they be altered? I'm used to my little Scout Preset in SOCOM with Invert Pitch.

Anyway, the game was a blast. Best shooter I've ever played. Unfortunately, it was just that one level.

One thing I was utterly disappointed in, though, was that there were jaggies, and they were rather noticeable. I tried to look at the back of the T.V. to see if they were using component cables or not, and I believe they were. I don't know if the game was running in 1080i, though. My question is, when the game is running in 1080i, are there jaggies? I'm wondering if I was playing the game in true HD or not. I'm wondering if I saw the best that I could see of that game?

    Thanks.

I play in 1080i and have no jaggies. Perfect.

I'm running the game in 1080i, and I haven't notice any jaggies. I'm sure I could find some, if I looked really hard, but they're not to the extent you seem to be describing.

Maybe AA wasn't turned on for the demo build?

Possibly. I'm not sure. I was just wondering if I was getting the full HD experience in the game. Most everything else looked great... I just wish that landscapes were destructive, though.

they may not have had the dashboard set correctly for the proper resolution.

I play at 1080i and it is smooth like a baby's butt.

When I look REALLY hard, in a few scenes I can see some little jaggies but overall.... wow.

Well then good. I'm just making sure that it wasn't me, because jaggies were (more or less) very relevant in everything up close, and pretty visible in the distance. Movement was rather butter-smooth, however. I didn't notice any framerate problems.

By the way, I was talking about the controls, earlier. In SOCOM, I use a control preset that has moving and turning be the left-thumbstick, and strafing and aiming (up and down) with the right-thumbstick. On top of all of that, I use Invert pitch. Does this game allow these controls to be set like this? Trying to adjust to these other controls was rather innerving.
