    what is your highest play count and which song is it?

          Mine's "Meant to Live" by Switchfoot with 82

          And i believe you either have to donwload something from the marketplace or burn the songs to a Cd first.

              I'm assuming that you have an Ipod. If you do then you can just plug your Ipod into the USB slot on the front of the 360 and just stream the songs onto the 360. You do have to download the software in the Marketplace to stream the songs by the way.

              If you don't have a 360 then you can connect your 360 to your computer and download the Xbox Connect software and stream it from your computer.

              This is only streaming them. I don't think there is a way to upload them to the 360 other than burning the CDs to the 360.
