No, I owned the old Pelican powered switch. The new one is amazing, LCD screen, switches optical and coax audio as well, has 2 outputs, and switches ethernet high speed internet. This is easily the best switch I've ever seen or used. The remote is very nice, the switch doesn't degrade the picture or sound one bit.Comment

Yeah, they have to take it back, it seriously doesn't work right for you. There's nothing on their receipt about it, I would ask for a manager or ask for a DM if they don't, it's only $20, but still. You'll like the LCD one though, I love it.Comment
