I'm sorry but this guy's posts are a joke. He has not clue what he is talking about.

MS will release patches more than 8MB if they freaking have game demos out there almost a gig big.

The other thing he says is MS won't release them because not everyone has a HDD. On the orginal X Box, if you didn't have Live you didn't have a patch. Releasing patches that require a HDD is evening a marketing advantage because that might also force the consumer to go out and buy one. Just my .02.
