I say the demo comes out a week after the game is released. We're already going to buy it, so there's no need for them to rush it, they'll release it then and try to get the on the fence people to buy it.

It's finished. The demo is probably hung up at MS certification. Roster updates usually take about a week to pass through, so imagine how long a demo might take...

I'm sure that demo was on a disc rather than something MS put up on their servers for all of their customers to download.

I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see the demo until next Monday. Ubi is aware of the hype surrounding GRAW, and not having the demo out before release will hardly have a negative impact on sales. Now, if they do get it out before the 8th, and folks don't like it....

Exactly... I'd say we won't see a demo until Tuesday, the day of release. It just makes business sense.

I lost faith in a demo before the release...I wanted a taste of the game before it came out...but what you guys are saying does make a lot of sense.

That's one way to look at it however if they wait to put the demo up what that indicates to me is that they don't have too much faith in their product. I for one will not buy this game until I play the demo. I feel like I've been burnt before by a Ghost Recon game and it's not going to happen again. I'll play the demo then decide whether or not to buy. If they want to delay the demo then I'll delay my purchase decision.

I think it's due to ship on Tuesday, meaning most stores won't have it til Wednesday.
