I pre-ordered GRAW and this is my first time using them. Do they get the games that are pre-ordered the same time as EB/Gamestop?

That's not too bad. I kind of remember they were a week later in some cases. I usually pre-order from gamestop but decided to join that rewards program and see how it works out.

Sometimes they are same day, but I've never seen them be later than the day after EB/Gamestop.

i THINK stores like Best Buy get the game the day after release now whereas it used to be they didn't get it until like the Thursday after release. I'm expecting best buy to have it the wednesday after since that's where i'll be buying since tht 10% off coupon is good through March.

I am glad to hear that they have improved things. I haven't been happy with EB/Gamestop for a while and would like to find a good alternative. I have heard that Bestbuy might get into the pre-owned game business...which would be nice.
