I called the number, pushed zero for an operator, then asked to speak to someone about an online order I placed. Try that.

Yep I just called as well and even though the website states "Out of Stock", they said they were shipping it out today or tomorrow.

Looks like I should get it by this weekend.

At this point Davehughes, if they're gonna be shipping to us, they should be in the stores within a week. I'd save the 7 bucks shipping and just pick it up at a Gamestop/EB or Best Buy. I thought we were gonna get em that week or I would have waited. I'm glad I didn't start a season on CH yet.

Well I ordered one from the datel site, there is no tax online, and it would cost me at least 2 dollars in gas to get to the game store. Plus the stores have no clue when they will be getting it in, if the past is any indication with datel products, it could be several weeks.

Tried to call them and couldn't get through to a cust serv agent. Now they're closed. I'll call tomorrow to see if these are literally available or if they're going into a backordered status

From what the lady told me that answered the customer service line, they have offices there. She said the product was being shipped from the UK to their offices in Florida, then on from there.

I just got off the phone with a customer support rep at Datel. According to him, the initial shipment has already gone out (Steve, you're probably in there) and the second wave of shipments will go out tomorrow.

He even was able to provide a UPS tracking number for me. When I entered it in at UPS.com, I got this info:


Looks like Datel is shipping these things out afterall...

Wierd, mine was shipped USPS. I didn't ever get a UPS email/tracking email.

I think so. What I would do is order online tonight then call Datel tomorrow and confirm that it was sent. If it isnt and they dont know when just cancel.

Good advice. I should have thought of that myself. DOH!!!
I hope they are shipping out.

So will this thing work similar to the AR? Meaning using the "click" and "drag" method to save files. I'll admit that computer skills are limited. Lastly, how does the program from 360gamesaves work? It seems that some people are recomending using that instead of the software that comes with the transfer kit.
