Got mine @ the beginning of the month. Sent the paperwork in a week after launch

For those that haven't received anything, I'd call Microsoft.

If I recall correctly, the warranty letter I got back (regular mail, not email) had a number on it that I'd need to give Microsoft if I had to call for a problem. I guess it's my warranty confirmation number.

I got the same thing back, It's a contract, it has my name the service I bought, ho long I have until the warranty runs out, my serial numer on the contract. I got the same paper contract back with my first xbox. no worries for me, I would call MS for those who haven't recieved this contract.

I never received anything back from MS. I sent mine in on November 23rd too.

I haven't recieved anything also, sent it about 2 months ago.
