It's a singleplayer game, those things are what they really factored in to the rating. It's just a decent singelplayer game, it seems, because of the inconsistent AI, the short length, and the repetitive gameplay after a while.

Yeah, but Half Life 2 had nothing else to it, just single player and it was raved. Because the single player is that good. And it's not a short game.

Black sounds short and a gimmick used over and over again. I played this game before, it was called Red Faction.

Exactly what I was thinking.

No multiplayer or online play, and a relatively short story? No reason to buy it . I'm fairly disappointed, I had somewhat high expectations for this game.

Agreed. I was just saying that the lack of replay value or multiplayer in a singleplayer game should hardly be much of a contributing factor to the actual rating in the review, since its intent was to be a singleplayer game.

I got the game yesterday, and I think it's awesome. Sure it doesn't have multiplayer or online, but the levels are really fun, and the graphics are amazing.

From what I've read, everything in the game can be destroyed. Based on EA's track record, if this game sells, I would bet we'll see a 360 version by fall, just something to think about.

This game looks really cool, and even though it's short that doesn't bother me much at all.

That sounds cool if it does come to the 360.
