Next Gen Status Poll
Whenever someone buys a next gen system, there is a select few that trade in or sell their old systems. I was wondering what everyone did when they picked up the 360 with their last gen systems. If you did get rid of 1 or 2 systems, which ones.

Re: Next Gen Status Poll
Candy,
I've got 4 systems from last geneartion... X1, PS2, Cube, and Dreamcast.
I kept them. i figured it wouldn't be worth getting rid of my X1 since there were games coming out for it that i'd want to play that won't play on the 360.
Example. Toca 3
Which really kicks rump.
I hung onto my PS2 since I wanted to play Raw vs Smackdown 2006 and i knew i'd want to play MLB 06: The Show.
As for the Cube. It's not seen light in over 6 months. It's not worth trading in since the credit for it would suck. Even on Ebay, it's not worth much.
As for the PS3 and the Revolution. I have no idea how I'm going to handle those. If the PS3 is more than $400 (minus HD), I'm going to hold off.... and more than likely buy the Revolution instead.BeyondMediaOnline.com -

I have a PS2, XBOX, and 360. If the PS3 is too much, I'll have to wait so these 3 systems will keep me busy.Comment

Re: Next Gen Status Poll
i have 2 xbox's, 1 gamecube, and 1 PS2... i don't plan on selling my GC or PS2... but i'm gonna sell one of my xbox's and some games to a friend of my older brother if he's still interested.
I'm one of those guys with principals lol, and i have a hard time selling things that I purchased (but i gladly gave away madden 360 for the 24 dollars towards fight night 360

Re: Next Gen Status Poll
Was going to try and sell my XBOX but I said forget that cause there are some games I'd like to play now and not wait for on the BC list to show up. I also kept my PS2 for some of the great games that are coming out. I plan on getting up to a significant game count for the "before" systems while I'm doing my thing on the system of "now". Trying to get the money going though.......Comment

Re: Next Gen Status Poll
I was totally going to trade-in or sell my PS2 when I bought my 360 but instead I lent it to a friend who has been playing Madden '06 on it for a while. Once he's done I'm just going to sell it. I'm sure it's close to death's door anyway since it makes a few funny noises when loading these days. But getting back to the original question, the reason I don't mind selling it is that the PS2 never had a real grip on me like my N64 or NES. Those things I'll keep forever.Comment

Re: Next Gen Status Poll
I still have my PS2 (hooked up in bedroom), and I had two Xbox's (bought one when they first launched then last year when I bought my HDTV at Best Buy they had a promotion buy a HDTV they throw in a free Xbox so I got another with that), so I traded in my old Xbox that was having issues to EB for $70, I have my other Xbox hooked up right next to my 360 on my entertainment center, although I let my cousin borrow it occasionally since I dont use it all that much anymore.Favorite Teams:
